My "Boo" Pumpkin!

I have a project to show you tonight that I made today. The idea came from Pinterest from a blog called "A Pumpkin and a Princess". I fell in love with her idea and decided to make one today. I purchased the fake pumpkin at the big "W" store this morning and also purchase Krylong Satin Spray Paint that is specially made for plastics, wicker, wood and other surfaces. I like the way the white turned out:

I made the hat myself also using "Witches Brew Designer Paper". Sorry to say that the ribbon is retired but I've always kept this ribbon on hand as I loved it so much. I also added a few "Rhinestone Jewels" here and there on the hat and finished it off with some black spray-painted dried wheat:

For the "BOO", I colored some "Rhinestone Jewels" with a black Permanent marker and placed them on my pumpkin front. I also added more uncolored "Rhinestone Jewels" around the lettering:

My little spider was made using the "3/4" Circle Punch" and the small circle punch from the "Punch Pack". The legs are tiny slivers of cardstock cut with the "Small Oval Punch":

Below are photo's of what my entryway looks like all ready for fall and Halloween both:

You will see the "Spooky" banner in another post soon!

The dresser used to belong to Dave's dad so it's kind of a sentimental piece for us and perfect for the entryway. The bright light in the center is a scentsy candle with the aroma of cinnamon (my daughter is a Scentsy Consultant)!
