What a better way to start out your week with Mojo Monday! Take a few minutes from your day and create a card with us. This is the sketch for today:

Today is a first for me. I've always wanted to 'stitch' on a card. About a month ago, I re-organized my stamp room and dug out my sewing machine and set it up so it would be available for me to use. Today is the day I finally sewed on a card:

When my kids were little and I was a stay-at-home mom, I sewed alot! I made some of my daughter's dresses and enjoyed sewing. I just don't have the time anymore. This was so much fun to try.





Card supplies:
  • Stamp Sets: Seasonal Sentiments & Day of Gratitude
  • Cardstock: Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, Very Vanilla
  • DSP: Autumn Spice
  • Inks: Early Espresso, Stampin' Write Markers
  • Punches: 1/2" Circle Punch, 1 1/4" Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, Scallop Edge Border Punch
  • Accessories: Stampin' Dimensionals, 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon
