Today is the debut of the "Holiday Mini Catalog"! For those of you that are my regular customers, you should have received one in the mail prior to September 1st. Here is a card I made with one of the new sets in the Holiday Mini:

Have you ever made your own background with ink and stamps? That is what I did on this card. I used three different stamps from this stamp set and inked them up and stamped all over my "Very Vanilla" cardstock piece. For some of the images, I stamped first and then without reinking stamped again to create some lighter images.


I love the sentiment that is included in this set. For my first layer Iused "Cajun Craze" and embossed it with the "Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder". I outline the homemade background piece with "Old Olive" cardstock and two of the edges are adorned with the "Scallop Trim Border Punch". The sentiment was inked with "Stampin' Write Markers" in "Old Olive" and "Cajun Craze" and punched out with the new punch called the "Decorative Label Extra Large Punch" also found in the "Holiday Mini"
