The scallops were made using the "1 1/4" Circle Punch. I sponged the edges with "Not Quite Navy" and also sponged all the outside edges of the card. The center strip is "Not Quite Navy" cardstock embossed with my "Big Shot" and the "Perfect Polka Dots Impressons Folder".
The picture above is a close-up of the stamp "En Francais". I am born from Canadian parents therefore know the french language. How cool to use this language as a background! Once inked and stamped in "Not Quite Navy" I used a heart from the "Full Heart" punch, placed it perfectly and inked around the outside of it, using it as a stencil. The top right hand corner of my card is created using the "Mat Pack & Paper Piercer". It adds just the right touch.

Background layer is "Very Vanilla" and I added a small strip of retired DSP on the bottom. I stamped the small sentiment from "Three Little Words" in "Not Quite Navy".
