Here are the supplies you will need:
- Watercolor Paper
- Ink Refills
- Spritzer Bottle with water
- Scrap Paper or Paper Towel
- Heat Tool
Fold your scrap paper or paper towel in half to protect your counter and your wall. Place your watercolor paper so that it is propped against the wall:
Spritz your paper with water and using your first ink refill, add one drop at the very top of your paper as shown above. Continue add ink refills at the very top, alternating your ink refill colors. Don't worry about your watercolor paper curling as this is normal:
Keep spraying with water until you like the way your paper looks:
The ink will keep spreading and create a really neat effect on your card. I made mine look like a rainbow using the appropriate colors:
Dry your watercolor paper with a Heat Tool as this will "uncurl" your paper. Decorate your card as you like!
I cut my watercolor paper using the "Top Note Die" and cut the stitched edging off with my "Paper Snips". I then cut another "Top Note Die" shape using "Marina Mist Cardstock" and layered both pieces together:
