When I viewed the banner kits in our Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog, one of my first thoughts was, wow, this would make a great banner for my stamp room. My stamp room walls are "Cajun Craze and Calypso Coral" when comparing to the Stampin' Up! color palette. And I just love anything with leaves. So a banner to hang in my stamp room was born:
Fall is my favorite season in Maine with the fall foliage colors which happen to be part of the "Regals Color Family". I mixed and matched various colors of ink and cardstock. Here are close-ups:
I used the Autumn Accents Die for all of my leaves and added embossing using multiple embossing folders:
Notice the polka dots in two of my banners? Our "Sponge Daubers" fit nicely into all of holes for easy coloring. Just press and turn and the color transfers so easily and no mess!
The banner is now hanging in my stamp room and it's one of the first things you see as you enter. I'm pretty proud of this one and I hope you like it too. Let me know what you think please!
