This card was created for my son's friend Jade. She is graduating from The University of Maine over the weekend as she has completed her degree in nursing. I decided to make a non-traditional graduation card. Jade was part of our family for awhile as she and my son dated for over a year. They still remain friends and we still keep in contact. Congrats Jade!

Card recipe:
Layer #1: Close to Cocoa cardstock. I used the Scallop Punch on the bottom.
Layer #2: Bashful Blue cardstock. The Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder adds a nice touch for a background.
Layer #3: Two Tags Die. Very Vanilla cardstock. I first sponged Close to Cocoa on the edges of the tag. I then added a strip of stamping with the Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel inked in Bashful Blue ink.
Final Layers: Stamp one butterfly from the Great Friend stamp set in Close to Cocoa ink. Add a Modern Label Punch sponged on the edges and the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and a button from Button Latte. Attach a small flower to the tag from the Boho Blossoms punch, sponged and joined together with a brad. The final touch was spraying the card with our new Smooch Spray in Log Cabin.
