Do you need a card in a hurry? This card can be adapted to fit any occasion. You can use any stamp set for the center image and you can add the sentiment needed:

I started out by embossing a square of "So Saffron" with the "Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder" I then added a 2.5" circle in Whisper White and stamped the hummingbird from the "Elements in Style" stamp set. Use your circle punch in the 1 3/8" size to punch the "Lavendar Lace" cardstock and add a button from the "Playground Designer Buttons". I threaded a piece of "Linen Thread" through it and adhered it using "Mini Glue Dots". Add your desired sentiment to your card and you are done!!
