I wanted to create an Autumn card today since the leaves are "turning" in Maine and the colors are just breath-taking! I also opted to make it a masculine card:

My husband laughed at me this morning. I had first stamped my bird in "Early Espresso ink.....the whole bird. I showed it to him and said "Partridges are all brown correct?"....that's when he giggled.......this isn't a partride....it's a pheasant. He has been a hunter all his life, not I. I know nothing about hunting and don't plan on learning either and I won't pretend that I am one of those females that thinks hunting is "cool". I could never kill those wonderful creatures. Anyway, I went online and punched in "pheasant" and lo and behold, they have nice vibrant colors along with the brown!Supplies used:
- Stamp Sets: Autumn Days, Teeny Tiny Wishes
- Cardstock: More Mustard, Old Olive, Very Vanilla, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso
- DSP: Autumn Spice
- Punches: 1 3/8" Circle, 1 1/4" Circle, Word Window, Scallop Border, Ribbon
- Tools: Big Shot, Square Lattice Impressions Folder, Stampin' Dimensionals

Below is the sketch by Julee Tilman that I used for my card:
