Last year at our local craft fair, I made some of these packets for kids. They consist of oatmeal and red sugar crystals. The craft fair I attend in November of each year is a two day event. When the first day was completed, I ran out of these and had to make more that night for the following day. They sold like hotcakes!

These are so easy to make:

The topper consists of one "Top Note Die" in "Whisper White cardstock" that I cut with my "Big Shot". I then used the "Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder" for the embossing, of course again with my "Big Shot". I then used my "Fancy Flower Punch" in "Real Red cardstock". The stamped image is from a retired set called "Deer Friends" that I will not let go of because of being able to make these for craft fairs. You can substitute with any "deer" image. I stapled my topper first and then adhered the flower to hide the staple.

This is a close-up of the little poem that I printed on "Whisper White cardstock" with my computer and cut into rectangles. Adhere to front of baggie.

For the edible mixture, I poured 1/4 cup of oatmeal and about 1 tablespoon of red sugar crystals that I purchased at a grocery store in the cake aisle. This just adds a little bit of shine and color to your oatmeal.
