This color combination really works for me. I ended up cutting a spare scallop from the Scallop Circle Die 2 the other day, so I thought I would use it as it sat on my stamping workstation all by its lonely self.


I used the new "Awash with Flowers" stamp set that will be available to all my customers and readers on April 1st. This set is to die for! You can do so much with it. It's a 2-Step stamp set. I started out by inking up my line images with Chocolate Chip ink and stamped those first. Next, I followed that with inks from Apricot Appeal and Old Olive. I inked the Apricot Appeal first and then used my Stampin' Up! markers to add the Old Olive. Using a sponge dauber, I inked up the edges of the scallop circle.

The second layer consists of Apricot Appeal carstock shaped with the Top Note and my Big Shot. I added the tiny "Just for You" sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes at a side-ways angle and added 2 brads for bling. If you are new to stamping and still trying to add to your collection, this little stamp set is the one for you. This is by far, my most used stamp set when it comes to sentiments. The set consists of 24 stamps that are suited for any occasion or holiday. Add an strip of Old Olive Satin Ribbon and there's your masterpiece!
