Last night I attended "Scrapmania". I was invited by Lisa, one of the owners of "Scraps", a local scrapbooking and paper crafts store, to host a card class. Scrapmania takes place every other month for two days and the girls attending scrap their hearts out!

My class usually consists of a stamp camp for a minumum of 10 participants and the girls all get to make and take 3 cards for a small fee. Here are the projects we worked on:

It's never too early to start your Christmas cards!

Supplies Used:

Punches: Ornament Punch, 3/4" Circle Punch
Accessories: 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon
Tools: Big Shot & Petals-A-Plenty Impressions Folder
Inks: Old Olive, Real Red, Certainly Celery
Stamp Set: Teeny Tiny Wishes
Cardstock: Whisper White & Crumb Cake
Cool Supplies: Shimmer Paint in Champagne

Look closely at the Crumb Cake background and you will notice how I sprayed it with Shimmer Paint. I created my own Shimmer Mist by mixing 2 oz. of rubbing alcohol and about 10 drops of Shimmer Paint. Spray in small layers until you achieve the glitter that you are happy with. Allow to dry between sprayings.
