Today's post will demonstrate how to use scraps. I was working on another project recently and had to cut out three 1 3/4" circles and I needed to use the "holes" and not the circles themselves. So there sat 3 lonely circles! I decided to emboss my circles with three different impressions folders.

I then sponged all of the edges with Chocolate Chip ink and sponge daubers. I then stamped the birthday sentiment from the stamp set Birthday Bliss in Chocolate Chip ink and used my Wide Oval Punch, and then added a clear Rhinestone Brad. Using my Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel, I rolled it on Very Vanilla cardstock to use as my background. Wrap a 5/8" Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon around the middle of the card and assemble as pictured.

I never throw anything away. There always seems to be a use for scraps, leftovers or little strips of paper.
